ClickSprout Launches
October 1, 2008 - Today marks the launch of a new web-based service that brings affordable and effective website promotion to all website owners. The service, called ClickSprout™, takes a simple but seemingly revolutionary approach to website promotion, by syndicating relevant, constantly updated, keyword-specific content and links throughout the Internet.
ClickSprout™ was founded by a team of veteran web developers and online marketing specialists. In 2007, they began writing and posting articles for their clients as a way to promote their websites and help with search engine rankings. The concept worked, but the reach was limited.
"We knew that by creating a few blogs, and writing them intelligently and strategically, we would see improvement in website traffic and, in many cases, positioning on the search engines," said co-founder Lloyd Chrein, who started the service with partners Mark Schleimer and Prerak Parikh. "Then we thought: If we could post a few at a time manually, imagine what we could do by posting many, many more through our own online tool."
That's where the programming genius of Schleimer and Parikh kicked into gear. They developed a proprietary system that syndicates useful and relevant content for ClickSprout™ members, based on description and keyword information they provide.
